In case where there is no line of sight it is possible to establish a microwave link using the SparkWave Active Repeater. Due to the low power consumption it can be powered by solar power. In this way there are no requirements for electric power supply or any facility: the AR with solar powering can be mounted directly on a mast.

Iskra Sistemi active repeaters provide microwave connections up to QAM256 modulation. In combination with SparkWave SDR microwave radio series it is possible to deploy high capacity links, such as PDH, high speed PDH or SDH signal from 2Mb/s to 360 Mb/s on reletively long distance.
