System Presentation
e-logis WMS is a solution for the on-line support of logistics processes based on bar code and RFID technology. It enables fast, accurate and paperless warehouse operation for a whole range of logistics processes in service as well in manufacturing companies. The optimized logistics processes usually enable substantial savings due to increased quality of operation and lower labor costs. E-logis design facilitates optimal exploitation of logistics resources and storage rooms. It also provides accurate inventory management while assuring traceability through the complete supply chain within the company.
e-logis can be utilized for different type of companies. In services providing companies, it facilitates manipulation of goods in distribution centers or warehouses up to the shelf level. In this way, inventory of stocks in commercial centers is just a walk among the shelves with hand-held terminals. In central warehouses of distributors, e-logis manages all logistics processes from the receipt of goods trough internal manipulations to the optimal route picking and shipment. Innovative picking algorithms (e.g. FIFO, FEFO) also prevent that goods on stock come past their expiration date.
For third party logistics providers, e-logis WMS represents one of key systems for efficient warehouse management. Its add-on modules “Warehousing for several owners” and “Billing” assure automatic transfer of billing data (e.g. manipulations performed, additional services) into ERP. An important part of the solution is also electronic exchange of documents with other suppliers or customers.
In manufacturing companies, e-logis facilitates stock control trough all logistics phases while simultaneously taking care of batch traceability from receipts of raw materials to shipments of finished products out of the company.
The add-on module “External devices” enables control over actual consumption of raw materials in real time. Due to integration with automatic manufacturing equipment (e.g. dosing system, weighing devices) no manual entries are required. The advanced system platform supports the most complex manufacturing processes that require traceability also for multi-level job orders. With add-on modules for tracking of returnable packaging, e-kanban and quality control, e-logis can handle even the most complex logistics tasks.

Quicker execution of annual inventory;
Accurate inventory management up to 99.9%.
Integrations
e-logis can interact with various ERP systems. In this way, it provides optimal integration of processes and IT systems used in the company. The business cases of e-logis implementation prove that e-logis increases utilization of existing ERP (e.g. SAP, Navision, Scala).
e-logis v 3.0 now offers more for less! In the newest version of e-logis, we have included features that enable integration with ERP via »standard e-logis data structures«. This means that we no longer need to develop a special integration interface; it is only necessary to agree connections to standard e-logis structures with the ERP provider.
In previous years, we have made integrations with several different ERP systems that were manufactured either by local or global suppliers. For two of the most widespread ERP systems, SAP and Navision, we have developed special connectors that represent the third possible way of integration. These connectors enable the set up of simple integration with ERP systems or their modules at the level of standard procedures, documents and structures.
