Even better is when data need not to be entered at all since this is done by the e-business that facilitates data exchange between different companies. Consulting for logistics

Iskra Sistemi’s special business focus is consulting for processes in logistics and supply chains. We offer expert advice for renewal of logistics processes and their computerization. Since such projects can be quite complex (e.g. decision about the setup of new logistics centers) and since we know that it is impossible to know everything, we often join the efforts with external partners such as experts for warehouse design, process planning and optimization and warehousing technologies. We also work together with the Institute for transport and business logistics at the Faculty of Business and Economics in Maribor. To ease the decision making process, we also produce computer visualization of logistics objects. Such work approach represents a very transparent basis for optimal planning of changes and investments.
