Iskra Sistemi R&D team have released a new active repeater on frequencies on 7 and 8 GHz frequency bands. The device is allowing microwave radio deployments in cases without line of sight.
Due to very low power consumption it can be powered by solar power thus eliminating the need for electric power supply and shelter space.
Due to a high linearity it can be used also for transmission of very high.
In combination with SparkWave SDR series of microwave radio links it allows deployment of PDH and/or SDH hops up to 360 Mb/s full duplex (ETH & TDM) on long distance. Its a unic solution for NLOS microwave radio deployment.
