Iskra Sistemi Launched a Service Centre in Odessa
Mid October 2009, Iskra Sistemi, in collaboration with its Ukrainian partner, launched a service centre.
The local partner is a successful supplier to the energy sectors in Ukraine and Kazakhstan. In recent years, Iskra Sistemi has supplied more then 200 PLC2000 terminals to these markets. Such a volume of supply led to a decision to launch a local service centre to serve as a basis for Iskra equipment servicing and maintenance, to arrange certified training and to gather market feedback for the development of new systems. To this end, a PLC link was supplied, initially to support self-training of the local specialists and later on to train end users. For Iskra Sistemi, the launching of the new service centre means an opportunity to shorten service response times and to provide services at lower cost and higher quality.
